gfortran for MacOS X 10.3.3

Dear Sir,

I have tried to install gfortran on MacOS X 10.3.3. Executable files
are produced from source files but they don't run as library paths are
incorrect. I tried to fix the problem with "export" command but
failed.

Can you send me or direct me to clear instructions on how to install
and run gfortran on MacOS X 10.3.3?
