Get a copyright assignment on file with the FSF. See

While you wait for the formal stuff to finish you can search the mailing list
archives for past patches which already implemented some of these intrinsics,
Steven Kargl was the author of most of these.  See http://gcc.gnu.org/PR19292
for a list of currently unimplemented g77 intrinsics.
