Noticed 6 additional failures in LAPACK CLS drivers also.

gcc version 4.0.0 20050103 (experimental)

 CST:    1 out of  4662 tests failed to pass the threshold
 CLS drivers:   1941 out of  65268 tests failed to pass the threshold

To this:

gcc version 4.0.0 20050115 (experimental)

 CST:    1 out of  4662 tests failed to pass the threshold
 CLS drivers:   1947 out of  65268 tests failed to pass the threshold

Curious that the errors show up no where else in LAPACK.
