MinGW build for gfortran

Hi all,

I'm currently working on building MinGW binaries for gfortran. It is
failing to configure libgfortran, with the following error message:

checking for csin in -lm... configure: error: Link tests are not allowed
after GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES.
make: *** [configure-target-libgfortran] Error 1

As far as I understand, this is related to this configuration happenning
too late during the compiling process, but I don't know much about it. Did
anyone manage to get it build with mingw recently? What is the
mailing-list I should send this to (if not fortran@gcc)?
