An internal compiler error: Segment Error

Hello everyone:

I have a piece of .f90 source code, which I have successfully complided
by elf90 complier under winXP and got an .exe file. Now I use
gcc4-gfortran-4.0.0 (complete version) under FC3, however I can not
complied the same .f90 file! The error message given is that this is an
intermal compiler error: Segment Error. The attachment is my .f90
source file.
