Can gfortran compile fftw3?

Hi
   I am wondering if gfortran is mature enough to compile fftw3? If
so, does anyone know a place where the binaries are hosted?

I searched the gfortran home page and fftw3 home page. They do not
mention any compatibility with gfortran.
