Reallocate code from Numerical Recipes - problem at run time

I know this mail will not help you solve this bug, but I think others
have posted a workaround. My question is about the gfortran windows
installer, which I created recently and for which i do not have much
feedback: did it work correctly, and do you have any comment about it?
Any useful additional feature you can think of?
