Make Francois-Xavier Coudert, Thomas Koenig and Paul Thomas Reviewers?

On 28th May, Tobi asked the question whether I should be a reviewer;
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2005-05/msg00340.html At the time, I was
a bit reluctant, partly because I did not feel that I had enough
experience and partly because of a lack of time. I did say that I would
review that matter about now.
The lack of time has not changed but I guess that the drift in the
experience is in the right direction? What has changed, though, is the
number of active reviewers in play, which has gone down, and the number
of contributors, which has gone up. It strikes me that we ought to
bolster the ranks of the former, in order that the newcomers to the
latter are not put off.
I propose that Francois-Xavier Coudert, Thomas Koenig (if he is willing
- I have not discussed it with him) and I be made reviewers. We are all
sensible enough that we can defer on contributions that are outside our
experience or competence. In addition, since the reviewing process is
entirely open, there is really little prospect of disaster. Perhaps, it
would be a good idea, whilst we still have provisional licences, that 24
hours elapse before our giving a green light on the list and the
contributor committing, so that those with more experience can keep an
eye on what we are doing?
I hope that this proposal meets with collective approval.
