gfortran documentation

Paul suggested that maybe I could help with documentation of g77
intrinsics before trying to get into trying to code some. I am finding
two forms of documentation:

1.  HTML on the gnu website and some at gfortran.org website

2.  texi files in the gcc source tree

Would it make sense to create a wiki page that contains the list of
intrinsics and keep track of status of each one on that page?  And then
have it transform into documentation as each is completed.

or

Create a skeleton of documention on the gnu web site that evolves as
things develop?

or

Is there another structure set up already to tie into?
