f951?

Hi,
I've tried to install the g95 compiler on redhat v9. I have installed gmp.
Now I am trying to install "mdiag" and get an error; 
g95: installation problem, cannot exec 'f951': No such file or directory
The file is in the place it should be:
g95-install/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.5-tree-ssa/f951
(and it's 9.5MB) so what's going on?
