[G95] g95 does not work under my cygwin shell

gcc-g95 has since moved to gcc.gnu.org, and its development has been
integrated with gcc's. The binary you downloaded is more than a year
old, and your problem has most likely been fixed in the meantime.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any site that produces cygwin binaries
for current development snapshots of gcc (which would include a recent
gfortran), so I can't point you to a good site. Maybe gooling will help
you, otherwise you can compile gcc yourself. This isn't hard at all, if
you're following the instructions from gcc's site, you'd need to have
cygwin's development packages and gmp (or libgmp, don't know how they
call it in cygwin) installed, though.

ps your test programs works with current versions of gfortran on Linux,
I don't have windows, so I can't try.
