g77 testsuite

Does this also apply for tests in the gfortran testsuite?  I have started testing 
gfortan on mips-sgi-irix6.5 and i686-pc-cygwin.   I've logged some PRs against
failing tests but haven't marked them as platform specific XFAILs.  I will if
that is the policy.
