Weekly MacOS X binaries for gfortran!

Hi again,

MacOS X binaries are now available from gfortran.org (will probably be 
weekly snapshots). If people could try them under a wide variety of 
environments (binaries were built on 10.3 fully up-to-date, it should 
work on 10.2 but I doubt it will be working on 10.1)...
