After consultation with Paul Brook and Steven Bosscher I copied (and 
slightly changed, due to the different environment) the 
gcc-g95.sourceforge.net web pages to gcc.gnu.org.

You can find them at http://gcc.gnu.org/fortran.

I also opened a mailing list there: fortran@gcc.gnu.org; subscription 
information for this list is available here: http://gcc.gnu.org/ml.

I hope that this will enable us to decouple from Sourceforge completely 
and become a full GCC subproject.
