I upgraded a system to Ubuntu 26-04 LTS today and added ga68. As 
expected, preliminary tests worked just fine. I then examined the 
documentation in its info format.

As far as I can tell, there is no documentation as to what is *not* 
implemented in this release. Nothing about PAR clauses. The semaphore 
operators section, though present, has no content. Nothing about FORMAT. 
Nothing about formatted transput. There may be other material for which 
I did not search. I fully understand why the documentation does not 
cover these subjects. No-one outside this mailing list is likely to know 
what is missing from the full language.

I suggest that documentation be added, in a fairly prominent position, 
as to what is missing. I may be able to create such documentation if it 
were decide to be a Good Thing..
