Progress in algol68.bib, and the 1970 Algol 68 implementation conference

I continue to make updates to the Algol bibliography at

	https://www.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/bib/algol68.bib
	https://www.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/bib/algol68.html

and the entry count has grown substantially, from 215 at version 1.00,
to 1170 at version 1.06.

Today, I tracked down metadata for the contents of entry
Peck:1971:AIP, which is for the ALGOL 68 implementation conference in
Munich on July 20--24, 1970.  That was a particularly important event,
falling between the final draft report in December 1968 (entry
vanWijngaarden:1968:FDR), and the first working compiler for the full
language, on a CDC mainframe in The Netherlands in 1974 (entry
Koster:1992:SHA).

Other entries in algol68.bib from Russian authors describe work in the
Soviet Union at multiple sites to develop Algol 68 compilers, and
provide Russian-languages translations of Algol publications in
English.  It is reported in those entries that only the Leningrad
compiler was successful and impactful, and it was later extended to
handle several different input programming languages, and had
widespread use.

The current publisher, Elsevier, does not have a record of that
volume, but there is a copy released by permission of IFIP at

It ends with a 7-page bibliography of publications about Algol 68 that
I will mine for future updates to algol68.bib.
