Trivia: times ten to the power symbol in Algol 68R

Hello people.

We have wondered more than once about the best representation to use for
the times ten to the power symbol.

For context, both real denotations and integral denotations allow to use
either:

- the times ten to the power symbol, or
- the e letter symbol

to write denotations like: 1e3 meaning 1000.

The revised report uses a little "10" for times ten to the power symbol,
but that's not easily representable in our computers.

Turns out Algol 68R allowed & as an alternative representation, so you
could write 1&3.
