https://git-send-email.io/ has instructions on how to use `git send-email` to email patches. 
It covers a variety of OSes and providers, including gmail.
Take a look, it makes life much easier when using email for patch review.

There's also the forge experiment[1], which has a bot that will send patches to gcc-patches list[2].
