Guidance on two Algol68 frontend TODOs

Hello,
I'm looking for another Algol68 frontend task to work on, and two TODOs in
particular caught my interest:

1. Expand front end token locations with an end of token position.
2. Make long long int 128-bit on targets that support it.

Before I start digging into the implementation, I wanted to ask whether
either of these is currently being worked on or if there are any design
considerations or relevant parts of the codebase that I should be aware of,
I'd appreciate any guidance.
