Any ideas to support "modern" CPU instructions (such as "clz")?

Hello All,

I realize it's probably too early to contemplate such questions.

But, I was curious if the GNU Algol 68's vision would be to eventually
incorporate support for instructions such as "clz" (count leading
zeros), etc?  I'm not sure if this is even possible.

Please ignore this question if not a relevant one for this list.
