Discussion on separated compilation and modules over jitsi

Hello people!

I will be holding a litle call over Jitsi this evening in order to go
over the support for separated compilation and modules I am working on.

The idea is to brainstorm a little over both syntax and semantics, and
discuss about several implementation issues such as the compiler and
linker's role, the contents and encoding of the interface specification,
etc.

Everyone interested is invited and very welcome to join and contribute.
