`MATMUL`

— matrix multiplication*Description*:Performs a matrix multiplication on numeric or logical arguments.

*Arguments*:`MATRIX_A`An array of `INTEGER`

type, with a rank of one or two.`MATRIX_B`An array of `INTEGER`
