Re: debug container mutex association

    I've implemented this test for each container type of the library. We do have a problem with the std::list which uses only 8 out of the 16 possible mutexes.

    I'll keep it on my side and will propose a solution when back in stage 1 unless you see something urgent to fix.

That is only true if the alignment equals the size.  It's only the size
that determines the consecutive addresses.
