If these are just copied from the original site, can we please remove
that local copy? More often than not we've not been up-to-date, plus
this contains so many bad, or somewhat bad, links, it's really painful:

And this is _not_ about just .htm vs .html, often the the redirect
the www.open-std.org server attempts is _incorrect_, and leads to a
completely unrelated page.
