IMO the debug mode code should only take care about making debug
checks and then move all info to the normal code. This is why I
propose this patch that check and pass the hint iterator passed to
some unordered insert overloads and that the debug hide to the normal
code for the moment. This is a maintenability patch so that the day
the normal code use the hint iterator the debug code won't have to be
impacted.
