Yes, I got that, thanks, which I why I moved it to the libstdc++ list; although at the time I was still unsure as to whether it really was a libstdc++, gcc or ld problem.


I'm going to rebuild the 4.1 snapshot I tried [successful] to use mt_allocater like Fedora's does, and if the problem's still there (perhaps with a bit more investigative debug: I've been reading the code and I thnk I can see partially where to try to debug it) I'll put what I've found in the gnu bugzillaâ, annotated accordingly.


â unless anyone thinks it more belongs on RedHat's? Or both?
