That's ok!
I was actually using a patched allocator, and had forgotten totally
about submitting the changes to the list, so when Joachim mentioned the
issue, I sent you the patch(which eventually turned out to be the same
as the one already posted!).
Sorry for not looking more closely at the original patch!
