Attached is actual list of interfaces which need to be exposed.

Here is the actual list needed:
_ZNSt23__codecvt_abstract_baseIcc11__mbstate_tED0Ev
_ZNSt23__codecvt_abstract_baseIcc11__mbstate_tED1Ev
_ZNSt23__codecvt_abstract_baseIwc11__mbstate_tED0Ev
_ZNSt23__codecvt_abstract_baseIwc11__mbstate_tED1Ev
_ZNSt21__ctype_abstract_baseIcED0Ev
_ZNSt21__ctype_abstract_baseIcED1Ev
_ZNSt21__ctype_abstract_baseIwED0Ev
_ZNSt21__ctype_abstract_baseIwED1Ev
No need to export more. The original patch was done quickly to try and
get some discussion going. The second portion could be similarly
refreshed from the attached list.
