(DBBIT_FUNCS): Added _df_to_tf.
(TPBIT_FUNCS): New.
(libgcc.mk): Pass TPBIT and TPBIT_FUNCS down.
(LIBGCC_DEPS): Added TPBIT.
* mklibgcc.in: Support TPBIT and TPBIT_FUNCS.
