for stepping up on this one...
Everything looks fine to me. One thing I'd add it to try and compile
with CXXFLAGS='-fno-exceptions', although since this is "C" I guess this
is not really an issue, is it. Never mind.
Does it pass the testresults? If so, trunk and branch, pronto is my verdict.
