They're deliberate mistakes: "incomplet" is incompletely spelled, and
"inkorrekt" is incorrectly spelled. It's self-referential humor.
Early drafts of the C++ standard started with that same warning (actually, I
think they also used "inConSisTEnt"), and the meme has propogated ever since.
I've seen it in other standardish-type documents.
