Hi,
as discussed. Bootstrapped the branch on powerpc-linux-gnu without
regressions.
OK to commit to mainline and branch?

* configure.target: Set LIMITSH for powerpc-*-*.
* config/cpu/powerpc/bits/limits.h: New file.
