When I made the first stl cleanup patch (removing dead code, etc), I spent
enough time on stl_algo.h that I considered breaking it up into pieces.
Then I realized that we don't spend enough time changing that file to
really make it worth the effort.

(Hmmm, maybe we don't spend much time in that file /because/ it's so huge.)
