complex config cruft?

_GLIBCPP_BUGGY_FLOAT_COMPLEX
_GLIBCPP_BUGGY_COMPLEX

Does anyone know if these bits are still necessary? I'm thinking no:
gcc-2.95.2 had some problems (ok a lot of problems) with the whole
complex thing, especially on alpha. That's now a thing of the past,
and I'm thinking these bits are too. Since 2.95 compatibility has been
completely thrown out the window at this point, I see no reason to
keep these bits.

Any objections to nuking them? Speak now........
