heads-up: extreme web page weirdness possible

Over the next hour or so, I will be (attempting to) convert the
libstdc++-v3 webpages over to using more SSI, instead of the cheesy
gentop thing currently assembling the pages.  Unfortunately, since
"server-side include" gets performed on the server, there's no way to
test the pages other than to check them in and see what happens.

So the homepage may look radically broken, briefly, as I work things
out from where I am.  When all is done, I'll commit a ChangeLog entry
for the record.  If I can't get it working soon, I'll revert the changes.
