Sure thing. Makes life a lot easier than twiddling with compiler flags!

It's still in the to-be-fixed queue. I build a special Cygwin runtime 
that allows mknumeric to run to completion.

Please go ahead and add this. I did announce it in the Cygwin and Mingw
mailing lists (I have prebuilt binaries for both targets).
