	* libsupc++/unwind-cxx.h (struct __cxa_exception): Add fields for ARM
	EABI semantics.
	(struct __cxa_eh_globals): Ditto.
	(__cxa_call_terminate): Add prototype.
	(__cxa_type_match, __cxa_begin_cleanup, __cxa_end_cleanup): Add
	prototypes.
