I've omitted testsuite/Makefile.in, gcj/Makefile.in, and 
include/Makefile.in. That leaves the sources.am and Makefile.in changes.

Yeah, I know. I've been having a heck of a time adjusting to it myself. 
Alas, I only note this because I always merge from a sandbox into a 
clean checkout/update of trunk. My build failed, and I checked the 
status of my master sandbox and found the MBeanServerFactory thing.

Committed (just the three things I mentioned in my ChangeLog).
