PATCH: java/projects.html -- remove broken jMocha link

I looked around for a while, but simply failed to find a new URL or a
replacement, using various search engines (both on oss.software.ibm.com
and Google at a minimum, IIRC).

2006-11-12 Gerald Pfeifer <gerald@pfeifer.com>

	* projects.html: Remove links to jMocha page which is gone without
	replacement.

Installed.

Gerald
