we can do that in the distribution only, and tighten the libgcj7
shlibs dependency, then rebuild all packages against the new library.
I doubt that we have any external packages/software that uses libgcj7.
We'll have to add the libstdc++.6 ABI break between 4.0 and 4.1 in the
release notes anyway.
