Attached is the C++ file. I have no idea what the right way to plug  
this into libjava's build system is, though. It relies on local.c and  
local.h, which come from Classpath, and I don't know if that is built  
(or even imported) in the classpath/ subdirectory.

I haven't tried building this yet, so this file may be wrong.
