Thanks, I'm checking this in to both.

I updated the ChangeLog entry to reflect that this fixes all the open
Calendar and SimpleDateFormat PRs.  Thanks for checking these!

Mark said on irc that he checked this in.  But for future reference,
after spending a lot of time on fixing something like this, you are
probably more expert on the topic than anybody else in the Classpath
sphere... feel free to just check in your Mauve fixes.  (Documenting
the bad tests is great, that can be done directly in the source or via
an "FYI" message to the Mauve list.)
