I don't follow, I would imagine there are plenty of large pdfs and reams of web-pages on moving to Italy and coping with the life-style and whatever else living like an Italian entails, and the Internet has a strong body of ass and things involving it.

If you could link such documentation but about the way GCC is built, then you'd be answering my question
