There are several organizations which offer support for GNU tools.  KPIT
is one of them.  Or you can download and build the tools yourself as
described at http://gcc.gnu.org/ .  This is not a trivial task.  For
commercial support, you must contact a commercial organization.

GnuWin32 is a very old name for what is now called cygwin.  For more
information, see http://cygwin.com/ .
