Well, I'm another person who's concerned about growing
local copy sizes. As it stands, checking out multiple
branches from the current GCC CVS repository *severely*
strains the available disc space on my home PC.
In my case, I have two hard discs, a CD-ROM drive
and a DVD-ROM drive that completely fill out the
available IDE channels. (There might be a way
to work around this limitation, but I don't know
of it yet.)
Thanks,
Ranjit.
