GCC 4.0.1 RC3 is now available here:

With luck, this will be the last 4.0.1 release candidate.
Please do download tarballs from the above URL and confirm that they
work OK on your systems.
I plan to make the final release during the coming week.
I know that some of you have been frustruated by the delays, but they
have been in the service of fixing critical bugs. This is a volunteer
project, and some of our volunteers have a lot of things on their plates.
