Thanks for this explanation to Marcin.

Do you think it would be expedient for me to include a small treatise on 
the predictability of weather and climate into my talk at the GCC Summit 
(assuming it will be accepted by the review committee) ?

Note that said treatise will not include any discussion of the accuracy 
of floating point computations, as that subject is irrelevant in this 
context.
