That's crystal clear.

Another angle to look at the problem is that you need end users to
hammer on shoddy parts to get reports to get a chance to fix them.
Chicken & egg.
And i thought one of the selling point of 4.0 was better optimization.

But as you reminded me, you have to deal with contingencies.
