Actually, both COMPLEX and DOUBLE COMPLEX failed in that
the BLAS test programs reported "suspicious" results. The
The failures occurred in the level 2 and 3 routines. The
level test program for CHER, CHER2, ZHER, and ZHER2 failed,
but it is sufficiently complicated that I haven't isolated
a test case.
