[fortran] Results of g77 3.4.0 testing on i686-pc-linux-gnu

Here are lapack test suite results for g77 version 3.4.0 20040326 on the
i686-pc-linux-gnu target. There are differences when -ffloat-store is added to
the OPTS string. There are about forty additional failures with respect to
gcc 3.3 when the OPTS string is set as suggested in the lapack test guide.
When -ffloat-store is added to the given command line, there are about
sixty additional passes.
